CFO | Publicly Traded Real Estate Development Group

A leading publicly traded real estate development and construction group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior management team.

This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for the Group’s finance and accounting functions, and direct influence on business strategy, financing, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage the Group’s finance and accounting operations

·      Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial risk management

• Oversee financial statements, regulatory and public-company reporting
• Lead and develop the finance teams
• Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and other financial institutions
• Lead project financing and banking facilities for real estate projects
• Manage equity and debt raising activities
• Oversee tax planning and financial optimization
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior management

Requirements:

·      Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

·      Previous experience as a CFO in a real estate development and/or construction company – mandatory

·      At least 5 years of senior financial management experience in the real estate and construction industry – mandatory

·      Experience in a publicly traded company and/or extensive knowledge of public-company standards and reporting requirements – mandatory

·      Extensive experience in real estate project financing, banking facilities, and capital markets, including equity and/or debt raising – mandatory
