What you'll do:

• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot our HOD UV™ systems globally.
• Provide top-tier onsite and remote technical support (electrical, mechanical & control issues).
•  Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
•  Train customers and work closely with our Engineering & Sales teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Practical Engineer / Engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment & control-related troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Modbus, RS-485). (Water treatment experience is a plus!)
• Customer-oriented, independent, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) & a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%).
