BIM MEP Coordinator

MEP Coordinator | Full-Time Position | Petah Tikva

This role involves leading MEP coordination processes on some of Israel’s most complex construction projects, working in a BIM environment and in close collaboration with all design disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead coordination processes throughout all stages of design and construction, through to the delivery of a fully coordinated set of project outputs.

· Manage multidisciplinary coordination between architecture, structural design, and all building systems.

· Identify and analyze design challenges and clashes, develop engineering solutions, and guide design teams through the coordination process.

· Lead professional coordination meetings with all project consultants and prepare meeting summaries and follow-up reports.

· Perform quality control, identify design gaps, and assess constructability.

· Work closely with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, project managers, construction managers, and developers.

· Manage the project information environment in Autodesk Forma / BIM 360, track Issues, and document coordination processes.

· Implement BIM methodologies, workflows, procedures, and BIMLab’s professional standards.

REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE

· Civil Engineer, MEP/Building Systems Engineer, Architect, or Practical Engineer in Architecture/Building Engineering.

· At least 2 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator.

· Experience coordinating building systems across a variety of BIM projects.

· Very high proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

· Good proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD.

· Experience working with Autodesk Forma / BIM 360.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and building systems.

· Ability to lead professional processes and coordinate multiple disciplines simultaneously.

· Strong analytical thinking, a systems-level perspective, and excellent problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Hebrew and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

STRONG ADVANTAGE

🔹 Experience with complex projects such as offices, hospitals, campuses, high-rise buildings, public buildings, infrastructure projects, etc.

🔹 Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination meetings with design teams.

🔹 Proficiency in additional languages.
