Role Description The מנהל/ת ייבוא (Import Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in Or Yehuda. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end import processes, including coordination with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The Import Manager oversees documentation, compliance with relevant regulations, and accurate data entry into internal systems. Daily tasks include monitoring shipment status, resolving logistical issues, optimizing costs, and collaborating with purchasing, finance, and warehouse teams. The role also involves maintaining strong vendor relationships, preparing reports on import activities, and supporting continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong import and logistics management skills, including experience with international shipping, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in working with ERP and inventory management systems, as well as Excel and other basic office software.
• Solid negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills with suppliers and service providers.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and optimize costs and processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Hebrew and good command of English for communication with international partners.
• Relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field; prior experience as an Import Manager or in a similar role in retail or consumer goods is an advantage.
