Responsibilities:

• Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality of work, and innovation in daily tasks
• Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back Office system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events, and live tests.
• Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system, including managing assets and pricing configurations.
• Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system.
• Work with monetization, economy, R&D, and product team.
• Work with the QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version.
• Daily monitoring of tests.
• Handle production incidents in real time, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain availability for urgent issues outside of regular working hours.
  
  

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and work quality.
• Technical background in Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Configuration, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
• Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
• Analytic skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• English proficiency, both spoken and written.
