Creative & AI Designer (Freelancer)

We are looking for a Creative Designer who starts with a story, a concept, and a vision - long before opening any software.

If you think conceptually first, love pushing the boundaries of creativity with modern AI tools, and have solid hands-on execution skills in traditional design software (Adobe/Canva) and Webflow, we’d love to work with you!

• Concept & Storytelling First: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop strong visual ideas for digital campaigns, landing pages, and brand materials from scratch.
• AI-Powered Creation: Combine core design principles with cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, DALL-E, etc.) to design smarter, faster, and more conceptually.
• Flawless Execution: Bring concepts to life with high-level design execution using Adobe CS, Canva, or Figma.
• Webflow & Digital Production: Support digital projects in Webflow and contribute to evolving design systems and landing page experiences.
  

• Conceptual & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate a brief into a bold creative concept and narrative.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience (or advanced mastery) with generative AI design tools.
• Solid Design Craft: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory using Adobe Suite or Canva at a high level.
• Webflow Familiarity: Comfort working in Webflow (or similar no-code site builders).
• Great Communication: Ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate seamlessly.
  

• Motion design or micro-animation skills.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with digital or creative agencies.
  

• Scope: Part-Time — 2 days a week.
• Work Model: Hybrid (a mix of working from the office and remotely).
