HSR Interface Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a HSR Interface Manager to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Project Engineering Division.

Mission

Manage all project interfaces to ensure effective coordination between contractors, stakeholders, project packages, and railway subsystems.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the overall design programme and governance processes.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and interfaces.

Lead design reviews and design assurance activities.

Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety, and operational requirements.

Maintain configuration control and design baseline integrity.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

• Implement and maintain the Interface Management process.
• Manage the Interface Register and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Chair interface coordination meetings.
• Monitor interface risks and resolution actions.
• Ensure closure of interface-related issues.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in quality control and assurance processes. In-depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of high-value and large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
• Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.
• Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.
