Sales Operations & Export Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Export Specialist to join our International Sales team. This role combines export coordination, customer service, sales operations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient order fulfillment and international shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Export & Logistics

• Manage and execute international export shipments.
• Coordinate shipment activities with Warehouse and Production Planning teams.
• Liaise with freight forwarders regarding quotations, shipping routes, and logistics solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate export documentation and shipment execution.

Sales Operations & Customer Support

• Provide ongoing customer service and support regarding orders, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Monitor and track sales plans against available inventory to support supply continuity.
• Support departmental and cross-functional projects.

Quality & Compliance

• Lead the department's Temperature Excursion process, including:
• Annual reporting
• Trend analysis
• Corrective follow-up
• Collaboration with the Quality Assurance team
• Coordinate and maintain departmental Change Controls.
• Perform all activities and documentation in accordance with approved procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Adhere to company safety regulations and ethical standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with various departments across the organization to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional training or academic background in Import/Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience is not required.
• Experience in export operations, logistics, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent Hebrew and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
