We are looking for a talented and driven Business Project Manager to join our General Insurance Business Division and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, improving business performance, and ensuring effective execution across multiple units.

What you’ll do?

• Lead cross-functional business projects and processes within the General Insurance Business Division, from planning to execution
• Follow up on decisions made in business forums and management meetings, ensuring ownership, progress, and delivery
• Work closely with managers and business units to drive execution of work plans, targets, and key initiatives
• Build and lead initiatives aimed at increasing business activity, productivity, and sales performance
• Develop and implement KPIs, success metrics, dashboards, and measurement processes for 4 business units, totaling approximately 60 employees
• Monitor performance, support target achievement, and promote a results-driven business culture
• Analyze business data, generate insights, and present recommendations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with unit managers, professional divisions, and senior stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, business operations, headquarters, or a similar business-focused role
• Proven experience leading cross-functional processes in a multi-interface environment
• Strong ability to drive execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong business orientation and the ability to turn decisions and plans into measurable outcomes
• Analytical mindset with experience building KPIs, reports, controls, and work plans
• High proficiency in Excel and BI systems
• Independent, organized, proactive, assertive, and an excellent communicator
