Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a PMO to join a leading organization in Petah Tikva. This is an excellent opportunity to support large-scale IT projects in a dynamic enterprise environment while working with cross-functional teams and driving project governance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support and monitor departmental work plans and project execution

Collaborate with Project Managers, development teams, and business stakeholders

Manage project budgets and perform ongoing budget tracking and control

Monitor project timelines, scope, budget, and overall performance

Perform planning versus execution analysis and reporting

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and project performance metrics

Manage project risks and support mitigation activities

Optimize resource allocation based on the work plan

Coordinate release planning and provide ongoing task status tracking

Work with JIRA, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration

At least 2 years of experience as a PMO in Information Systems projects

Experience working as a PMO in an Enterprise organization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and full proficiency in Word and PowerPoint

Hands-on experience working with JIRA
