Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Virtualization Expert to join a leading healthcare organization in Bnei Brak. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and enhance enterprise-scale virtualization environments while working with mission-critical infrastructure and advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, operate, and optimize enterprise virtualization platforms and critical infrastructure

Provide hands-on administration of VMware environments

Lead automation initiatives and develop advanced workflows

Design, improve, and maintain virtualization architecture

Manage Cisco UCS infrastructure and physical servers

Troubleshoot complex production issues in mission-critical environments

Lead technology projects in collaboration with Networking, Storage, Security, and DevOps teams

Requirements

5–7 years of experience working with VMware in Enterprise environments

Proven experience managing large-scale environments with hundreds of hosts and thousands of virtual machines

Extensive experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, VMware NSX, and vRealize Automation (vRA)

Strong experience with PowerShell, PowerCLI, and developing complex automation workflows

Hands-on experience managing Cisco UCS and physical servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo)

Experience troubleshooting complex issues in critical production environments

Strong understanding of Networking, Storage, and Compute technologies

Experience with Python, Ansible, or Terraform – advantage

Experience with Hybrid Cloud environments, additional VMware vRealize products, and advanced VMware certifications – advantage
