Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Data Project Manager to join a leading government organization in Bnei Brak / Jerusalem. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic Data and AI initiatives that support local authorities through innovative BI and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Data and AI projects that support local authorities

Drive initiatives focused on making data accessible through BI and AI tools

Manage project timelines, milestones, and successful delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate project resources and ensure effective execution throughout the project lifecycle

Define project success metrics and monitor performance against established KPIs

Collaborate with government offices, local authorities, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Familiarity with local government organizations and the data challenges faced by municipalities

Experience managing BI and AI projects, including work plan development and leading technology, business, and data initiatives

Proven experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyzing business needs, generating insights, recommending solutions, and defining product values, KPIs, and objectives

Experience working with customers and stakeholders across government ministries and local authorities
