We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Solution Engineer

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a AI Agent Developer | AWS You'll be responsible for designing and developing enterprise AI Agents, building scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AWS, integrating them with core business systems, and taking features from proof of concept through production. You'll work closely with Architecture, DevOps, and Security teams to deliver secure, production-ready AI applications.

Overall, as a AI Solution Engineer you'll design and develop enterprise AI solutions by transforming business use cases into production-ready AI Agents. You'll work with LLMs, RAG, AWS, and modern AI development tools to build scalable, cloud-native solutions from architecture and proof of concept through deployment, collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs and RAG.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock or other enterprise AI services.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture, Microservices, and system design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions from POC to Production.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK).
• Experience working with enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Terraform / CDK
