Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a BackEnd Developer to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area. This is an exciting opportunity to provide technological leadership in research, development, and architecture while driving innovation and implementing advanced healthcare interoperability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technology initiatives across research, development, and architecture within the FHIR domain

Design and implement advanced technology solutions aligned with organizational needs

Guide development teams and provide technical expertise throughout the development lifecycle

Drive innovation and promote modern development methodologies, including DevOps practices

Develop and implement services in API Gateway environments

Support healthcare data interoperability and information exchange using the FHIR standard

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Development, DevOps, SecOps, MLOps, or Backend development

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, CLI tools, and Webhooks

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a strong focus on Terraform

Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong knowledge of networking and communication technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, WAF, NACLs, and Security Groups

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with cloud monitoring and security tools such as GuardDuty, Azure Defender, or Chronicle

Strong cybersecurity mindset, including vulnerability assessment, system hardening, and offensive and defensive security concepts

Experience developing and deploying services in API Gateway environments, including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/SSL protocols, encryption and digital signing (Crypt & Sign), and orchestration development using XSLT and JavaScript

Experience working with the FHIR standard and healthcare data interoperability processes
