We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our esteemed Makeup School in the heart of Tel Aviv!

Key Responsibilities:

• Closing sales with prospective students – handling warm leads, conducting sales calls, offering consultation sessions, and finalizing enrollments.
• Guiding candidates from initial contact through to course enrollment.
• Collaborating closely with the marketing department to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Meeting both individual and group sales targets.
• Identifying market trends, pinpointing areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to boost closing rates.
• Engaging in sales processes, refining work methods, and optimizing efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in telephone and/or face-to-face sales – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for working with reports and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems – an advantage.
• A deep affinity for the beauty industry – a significant advantage.
