Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a SOC Analyst to join a leading government organization in Dimona. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional cybersecurity team, monitoring critical systems and responding to security incidents in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security and control systems to identify potential cyber threats

Detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents

Work with SIEM platforms and a wide range of cybersecurity solutions

Analyze security events and collaborate with infrastructure and information security teams

Support ongoing monitoring and incident response activities within the SOC environment

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a SOC, NOC, Systems Monitoring, or Control Center role

Strong knowledge of computer networks, communication protocols, Windows, Linux, System administration, Active Directory (AD), and DNS

Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and security solutions such as Firewalls, Anti-Virus, and Sandbox technologies

Ability to identify, analyze, and perform initial response to cybersecurity incidents while working independently and as part of a team

Relevant education, including a degree, engineering diploma, or professional certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Information Security
