Head of Operations

CoolAutomation is a global B2B company offering advanced hardware and SaaS solutions for smart HVAC integration and remote management. With a sales presence across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, we empower HVAC professionals and integrators to optimize operations, reduce service costs, and deliver superior comfort experiences through innovative devices and cloud-based platforms. We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and coordinate our end-to-end operations. This is a key managerial role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Managing ?

Production & Manufacturing

• Manage subcontracted production of hardware devices
• Ensure raw material availability
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Oversee the full logistics lifecycle, from order fulfillment through final delivery
• Manage inventory levels of components, finished goods, and spare parts
• Manage global supplier relationships and customs operations
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations in multiple countries

Planning & Operational Control

• Develop production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business demand
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, including delivery accuracy, lead times, and cost efficiency
• Optimize workflows and resource allocation across teams

Budget & Documentation

• Own the operational budget and monitor expenditures
• Maintain and enhance internal procedures, documentation, contracts, and protocols

What we’re looking for ?

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of hardware and electronics manufacturing
• Experience with subcontractors and global suppliers
• Background in international B2B operations
• Experience with the Priority ERP system is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong leadership skills, data-driven mindset, and collaborative approach
