Key Responsibilities

Implement, support, and manage GIS and information system processes

Manage system content and support ongoing organizational processes

Define and document system interfaces

Upgrade and maintain GIS layers

Manage workboards and workflows using Monday

Provide user support and contribute to improving data quality

Requirements

2+ years of experience implementing and supporting GIS systems

Experience working with information systems and interface specification – advantage

Experience working with Monday – advantage

Strong analytical and system-oriented mindset

Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
