We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Core Systems Analyst To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze, maintain, and support the organization's core financial systems.
• Investigate existing applications and review legacy programs on an ongoing basis.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications and support technical design.
• Develop solution designs in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of development tasks, from requirements gathering through implementation and production support.
• Work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst working with financial core systems
• Strong experience writing functional specifications and system analysis documents.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Proven ability to design business and technical solutions.
• Experience managing tasks and coordinating activities across business, development, and QA teams.
• Familiarity with DB2 and IBM AS/400 environments - a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
