Controller

We're looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our growing Finance team and take part in leading complex financial and reporting processes across the group.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial activities of companies and investment funds within the group.
• Work closely with fund managers, trustees, external auditors, and tax authorities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and fund reporting packages.
• Manage the bookkeeping and accounting activities of several companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform financial controls, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and support process improvement initiatives within the Finance Department.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Internship at one of the Big 5 accounting firms is a must.
• At least 3 years of post-internship experience in a financial company or large organization.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Controller and/or Controller.
• Familiarity with international taxation matters, foreign funds, and foreign investors.
• Fluent English, including the ability to conduct professional business conversations.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
• Broad business perspective and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
