We're building the leading business learning community in Israel. Our first event drew nearly 400 registrants. We run at least 4 events per month (50–500 attendees each), and we're scaling to weekly workshops, membership tiers, corporate cohorts, and multi-city expansion.

We're looking for one exceptional operator — a Founding Partner who doesn't need to be told what to do. You identify what's broken, what's missing, what's next — and then you go make it happen. Growth. Customer experience. Ops. Systems. Team-building. Anything the company needs, you own it.

Think: Chief of Staff × Founding Operator × Fractional COO — for someone who wants to build a company, not join one.

What you'll own (in your own way):

• Whatever the business needs most this week — you spot it, you fix it, you scale it
• Growth loops, CAC/LTV, funnel diagnostics, retention playbooks
• Customer experience end-to-end — from ad click to lifetime member
• Team hiring, onboarding, and management as we scale
• Cross-functional projects: partnerships, product, content, ops, community
• Building the systems that let the company run without you being in the room

The offer:

• 2.5%–7.5% equity (3-month cliff) — real ownership, real skin in the game
• 20% commission on every deal you influence
• The math: Average deal ₪10K. 4 events/month × 50–500 attendees × 5% closing rate = 2.5–25 deals per event = ₪25K–₪250K per event. Your cut: ₪6K–₪60K per week in theory. In practice: uncapped.

• Direct partnership with the founder — no politics, no bureaucracy, no permission slips

You are:

• 4+ years operating in high-growth environments — startup COO, Chief of Staff, VP Ops, ex-founder, or someone who ran a scrappy team that punched above its weight
• Zero-to-one instinct — you see chaos and see opportunity
• Fluent in growth, ops, and people — you don't need three specialists to solve one problem
• Obsessed with systems, but not paralyzed by them
• Bilingual Hebrew + English
• Motivated by building something big, not by a paycheck
• Have said "if I just had equity and freedom, I could really build" — this is that role

Not a fit if:

• You want a 9-to-5
• You need constant direction
• You're allergic to sales, numbers, or getting your hands dirty
• You've never had to make an uncomfortable call in your life
