TLV Business Academy is building the most active learning, networking and growth community for entrepreneurs, business owners and operators in Israel — from first-time founders to established business owners. Our first flagship event in Tel Aviv attracted nearly 400 registrants with the vast majority attending in person. We're now scaling to multiple workshops per week, and eventually expanding to additional cities across Israel.

We believe in practical, high-signal, ROI-driven education delivered by people who have actually done the work — not theorists.

We're recruiting weekly workshop lecturers and recurring main hosts to deliver high-value, hands-on sessions to our growing community. This is a great fit for practitioners, operators, agency founders, consultants and trainers who want a consistent stage in front of a warm, engaged, high-intent audience of business owners and entrepreneurs.

You'll be running one or more of the following formats:

• 60–120 minute practical workshops
• Q&A / mentor sessions
• Live case-study teardowns
• Panels and fireside chats
• Recurring "main host" slots (for the right long-term fit)

We're especially interested in speakers with deep, practical expertise in:

• AI & Generative AI for business — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, prompts, agents, automations (Make/Zapier/n8n), custom GPTs, AI-powered workflows
• Performance Marketing & Paid Media — Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, funnels, CRO, media buying at scale
• Growth Hacking & Growth Marketing — acquisition loops, retention, viral mechanics, product-led growth
• E-commerce, Shopify & Dropshipping — DTC brand building, unit economics, scaling international stores
• Sales & B2B — outbound, closing, sales enablement, negotiation
• Personal Branding & Content Creation — LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, copywriting
• SEO, GEO & AI-era organic visibility
• Entrepreneurship, Fundraising & Building from 0 → 1
• Business Operations, Automation & Systems

If you have a strong niche not listed above but highly relevant to entrepreneurs — we still want to hear from you.

• Proven practitioner — you've built, scaled, marketed, sold, or operated in the real world (not just taught theory)
• Great communicator — charismatic, structured, able to hold a room for 60–120 minutes
• Trusted — a track record and reputation people can verify (client work, exits, case studies, community, content)
• Bilingual preferred — Hebrew + English (Hebrew-only or English-only speakers considered case-by-case)
• Long-term mindset — interested in becoming a recurring face of the academy, not a one-time gig
