Sports Community & Partnerships Manager - Freelance / Project-Based

Winnity is a social gaming experience built around live soccer, designed to make watching a match more interactive, competitive and social.

We're looking for someone to help us connect Winnity with existing soccer communities and build strong relationships with community owners, admins, creators and other relevant partners.

The role includes:

• Identifying relevant soccer communities and fan groups

• Building relationships with community owners, admins and creators

• Outreach and partnership development

• Setting up and supporting initial community activations

• Working directly with communities and gathering feedback

• Helping us understand what drives participation and engagement

We're looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes soccer and understands fan culture

• Is excellent at outreach and relationship building

• Understands communities across Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Discord and other platforms

• Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable opening doors from scratch

• Communicates confidently in English, Hebrew and Spanish

• Is highly execution-oriented

Experience in sports, community building, partnerships, influencers, business development or growth is a major plus.

This is initially a freelance / project-based role, with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

In-person collaboration is preferred.
