We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join a large, growing and influential enterprise organization in Central Israel.

This is a hands-on role in a complex hybrid environment, offering broad technical exposure and real ownership over the organization’s security infrastructure. You’ll join a small professional team,

where everyone has broad responsibilities alongside individual areas of expertise.

What will you do?

• Implement, integrate, configure and operate enterprise security solutions
• Take part in end-to-end security projects, from planning and design through implementation and ongoing operation
• Maintain and optimize the organization’s security infrastructure and controls
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex security, network and infrastructure issues, identify root causes and drive effective solutions
• Support security improvements, integrations and technology upgrades across the organization
• Work closely with IT, Infrastructure, Networking, SOC teams and external vendors
• Take ownership of assigned technologies and processes while continuously improving the organization’s security posture
• Stay hands-on across a broad security environment and develop deep expertise in selected areas

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security
• Hands-on experience with implementation, integration, configuration and operation of security solutions
• Strong practical experience in On-Prem environments
• Experience with several of the following: EDR/XDR, Firewalls, Proxy, F5, VPN/Remote Access, Network Security, DLP, Email Security, ZTNA/SASE
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a broad systems perspective
• Independent, proactive and technically confident, with a strong ability to learn and take ownership

Significant Advantage

• Experience in a large Enterprise environment
• Background in System Administration and/or Networking
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Hardening or Vulnerability Management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet or SIEM
