We are looking for an experienced Reservations Manager / Senior Travel Agent to join our team and take a leading role in our reservations and travel operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Strong experience in airline ticketing and reservations
- Professional knowledge of Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS
- Experience working with ALP and/or RedSabre
- Excellent knowledge of flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and fare rules
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex reservations and work effectively under pressure
- Management/team leadership experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) – Required
- Master’s degree – A significant advantage, particularly in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Strong command of English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
