Endpoint Infrastructure & Tier 3 Manager for a Leading Organization in Central Israel

We are looking for an Endpoint Infrastructure & Tier 3 Manager to lead the Endpoint and Mobile domains in a large, complex, and dynamic organization, and to play a key role in shaping the organizational user experience.

What will you do?

🔹 Full ownership of the organization’s endpoint infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripheral equipment

🔹 Lead the Mobile and MDM domain using Intune, including policies, security, EDR, and equipment lifecycle management

🔹 Manage the organizational Tier 3 layer and handle complex and wide-scale technical issues

🔹 Work closely with the Help Desk, Tier 1/2 teams, field technicians, and infrastructure teams, including escalation management

🔹 Build, maintain, and deploy Images on a nationwide scale, including Patch Management

🔹 Advanced operation of Windows 10/11 environments

🔹 Analyze performance, monitor user experience, and identify trends for continuous improvement

🔹 Lead the implementation of new technologies and organizational standards

🔹 Manage a team professionally and personally, including mentoring, development, and leading the team toward achieving goals

🎯 What are we looking for?

• Relevant academic degree or graduates of technological military units - Must
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint infrastructure domains, System / Endpoint - Must
• Managerial experience or significant professional leadership experience - Must
• Proven experience managing Windows workstations - Must
• Experience with SCCM and/or Intune - Must
• Experience with PowerShell - Must
• Experience working with Tier 1 support teams - Must
• Experience with Citrix - Significant advantage
• Familiarity with endpoint security, AD, GPO, and Windows Servers - Advantage
