For one of our clients, a leading organization in the financial sector, we are seeking an experienced Payroll & Compensation Manager for a key managerial role with broad organizational impact.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations, management of a professional team, oversight of payroll processes, and leadership of process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s payroll and compensation function, with full responsibility for end-to-end payroll processes.
• Manage, mentor, and professionally guide the payroll team.
• Develop and implement control mechanisms, improve work processes, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Lead payroll-related automation and digitalization projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage payroll budgeting processes, conduct analyses and controls, and present reports and insights to management.
• Work closely with multiple professional and organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in payroll and compensation.
• Proven managerial experience leading a professional team and/or a complex payroll function.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
• Experience working with a wide range of organizational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills.
• Experience in data analysis, payroll controls, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll, budgeting, and control systems – an advantage.
