Performance Marketing Lead (UA – Meta Ads)

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid user acquisition across multiple markets, with Meta as our core acquisition engine. This role reports directly to the CMO. This is a hands-on role for someone analytical, creative, and commercially minded, with a track record of finding what drives performance and unlocking growth.

What you'll own

• Meta Ads strategy and execution across multiple countries: budgets, structure, bidding, targeting, and scaling
• Core acquisition metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue efficiency
• The testing roadmap across audiences, creative, bidding, and optimization events
• Performance analysis across the full funnel
• The feedback loop between media buying, creative, and data

What you'll do

• Build, launch, and scale Meta campaigns with significant budgets
• Run structured tests across audiences, creative, and bidding; translate results into creative briefs and new hypotheses
• Work closely with Creative and Data teams to identify winning concepts and understand true business performance
• Launch and scale new markets; react fast when performance shifts and know what to test next
• Take full ownership of results

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing / UA experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads at scale
• Proven track record scaling B2C, self-serve SaaS, or subscription business.
• A First-Principles Data Detective: You don't just pull reports; you obsessively connect the dots, find the underlying reasons hiding in the data, and translate complex full-funnel patterns into clear, actionable testing hypotheses.
• Proven track record scaling paid acquisition while maintaining strong unit economics
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with imperfect data
• Strong creative instincts and experience translating data into creative direction
• Curious, experimental, and execution-biased, spending real time inside the ad platforms daily
• Experience working with high creative testing velocity
