AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Description

The AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a business-focused role responsible for driving AI initiatives across Strauss Group.

The role translates real business needs into practical AI solutions, embeds them into daily operations, and ensures measurable business impact.

This is a highly cross-functional position working closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, lead execution, and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Lead initiatives end-to-end — from idea to implementation and impact
• Drive adoption and embed solutions into daily workflows
• Influence stakeholders and support organizational change
• Scale and optimize successful AI use cases

Job Requirements

• 3+ years in business-facing roles (consulting / product / operations / analytics / applied AI)
• Proven experience driving data/AI solutions with business impact
• Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across business and tech teams
• Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, automation, analytics)
• Technical fluency (no coding background required)
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English
