Visual Merchandising Manager

PANDORA is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager ✨

We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual presence of PANDORA stores across Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement PANDORA’s Visual Merchandising strategy across the retail network

• Ensure consistent implementation of global brand guidelines and visual standards

• Plan and execute product displays, store layouts, campaigns and seasonal launches

• Work closely with store managers and retail teams to maximize commercial performance through visual presentation

• Train, guide and support store teams on Visual Merchandising standards

• Conduct regular store visits and ensure a high level of execution across all locations

• Collaborate with local teams and international brand partners

• Support new store openings, launches and special projects

• Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all stores

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Visual Merchandising – required

• Experience in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle or premium retail – a strong advantage

• Strong commercial and aesthetic understanding

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual eye

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good level of English

• Availability for a full-time position

• Willingness to travel regularly between stores across Israel
