A technology organization in Tel Aviv is looking for a Senior Cyber Threat Researcher to investigate advanced cyber threats, malware, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques while professionally leading researchers and turning technical intelligence into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Research threat actors, malware, vulnerabilities, and advanced attack techniques

• Perform Reverse Engineering, Forensics, and advanced network protocol research

• Analyze cyber threat intelligence and extract actionable technical insights

• Provide professional guidance and direction to cyber researchers

• Develop tools and capabilities to support advanced research

• Create research reports and intelligence deliverables that improve threat detection and defense capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security Research or Cyber Investigations, required

• Significant experience in at least two of the following: Malware Research, Vulnerability Research, Digital Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Penetration Testing, Network Protocol Research, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Research Tool Development, or Big Data based research

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, computer systems, and network protocols

• Strong understanding of Information Security and Data Communications

• Excellent research, analytical, and system level thinking skills

Education: Relevant academic degree in Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or Technology Engineering, or equivalent professional training and experience according to the position requirements. Relevant military technology unit experience may also qualify.
