🚀 We’re Hiring | Financial Controller / Assistant Controller

A growing hardware startup is looking for an experienced and hands-on Financial Controller / Assistant Controller to join us for a focused part-time project, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

🔹 The Project

Take an active role in building the financial foundation of a growing startup — setting up, organizing, and structuring several quarters of financial data as part of the separation of the company’s operations from an established business.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Accounting degree + completed internship

✔️ 2–3+ years of relevant experience

✔️ Big 4 / leading accounting firm experience – preferred

✔️ Hands-on experience with financial setup and ongoing accounting in a hardware or technology company – a strong advantage

✔️ Experience with Priority ERP

✔️ Very good English – written and spoken

✔️ Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to see the bigger picture

⏱️ The Opportunity

The initial project is expected to run for approximately 4–8 weeks on a part-time basis.

For the right person, and depending on the company’s needs, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
