What You'll Do

• Lead and manage our US GTM: Own the product vision and roadmap for our American market breakthrough
• Lead as a Player-Coach: Manage a team of 2-3 Senior Product Managers while remaining actively hands-on in day-to-day execution, from feature definition to rapid prototyping
• Oversee, develop, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement to high-impact launch
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the AI and dating apps industry
• Scale with Data: Utilize deep analytics, LLM models, and subscription strategies to optimize user joy and growth
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and measure product success
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of features and capabilities post-launch
• Oversee Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment

• B2C Expert: 10+ years in B2C Product Management with a proven track record of launching B2C apps - A MUST
• +7 years of experience with leading a team, proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Hands-on Mindset: A leader who loves building as much as managing; you are excited to roll up your sleeves and drive execution, not just orchestrate from above
• A deep understanding of app development, AI and LLM models, product development, subscription models, and customer engagement
• US Market Native: Native-level English or high proficiency, and deep familiarity with US culture/business - huge advantage (preferred lived, studied, or worked in the US)
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, etc.) in a mission-driven company
• Analytical & Methodical: A problem-solver who thrives under tight deadlines
• Big Advantage: Genuine passion for or experience in the dating industry
