Are you a strategic recruiter who thrives on connecting exceptional talent with global opportunities? We are looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner to champion our end-to-end hiring across the dynamic EMEA region.

In this high-impact, global role, you won't just fill open roles, you will be a trusted strategic partner to our leadership and People Business Partners. Leveraging your deep market expertise, you will shape our regional talent acquisition strategies, represent EMEA’s unique needs on the global stage, and directly influence our growth trajectory.

About The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Role

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for our expanding teams, ensuring a world-class, seamless experience for every candidate
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to forecast needs, map out internal and external talent markets, and co-create proactive hiring strategies
• Hunt for top-tier talent using cutting-edge sourcing channels, build robust candidate pipelines, and experiment with new ways to engage passive talent
• Elevate our employer brand by building diverse talent communities through social media, universities, industry conferences, and professional networks
• Act as the bridge between regional hiring needs and our global TA team, ensuring our local strategies align with global visions
  
  

About You As The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

• You bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced tech or hi-tech ecosystems
• You have a proven track record of navigating global hiring markets, with specific expertise across EMEA and Israel
• You know how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels to find the needle in the haystack
• Your English (written and verbal) is flawless, allowing you to influence stakeholders and tell compelling stories to candidates
• If you already use AI tools to optimize your workflow and sourcing, that’s a major plus!
• You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Above all, you are a true team player
