Revenue Operations (part-time)

Deepdub, the leading player in voice AI (AI dubbing for Hollywood studios and streaming platforms), is currently expanding into voice agents and enterprise APIs, bringing more varied billing models and contract structures than ever before. The Finance team is looking for a Revenue Operations professional in a part-time capacity to support revenue recognition, billing, and contract-to-cash processes across our growing customer base. This is a great entry point into finance/RevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and reconcile them against signed contracts/SOWs
• Track and reconcile revenue recognition schedules across contract types (subscription, project-based, usage-based)
• Maintain and update customer/contract data across CRM and ERP/billing systems, ensuring consistency between them
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc revenue reports for finance leadership
• Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audit requests related to revenue
• Identify and help resolve billing/revenue data discrepancies
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of billing/revenue processes as the company expands into new business lines
  
  

• Strong AI skills, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets daily
• Hebrew and English proficiency
• Claude master is a big plus
• Attention to details, strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple contracts/customers simultaneously, even part-time
• Available to on-site and part time position
  
  

• 2 years of experience in a finance/accounting department or similar experience (open to students)
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts
• Familiarity with Clickup and HubSpot
• Experience with ERP/billing systems
• Experience with SQL

• Ownership of real processes from day one, not just observing from the side-lines
