Team Lead Network & Cyber Security Infrastructure

A leading defense technology organization in the Haifa area is looking for an

experienced Team Lead Network & Cyber Security Infrastructure to join a leading technology organization delivering complex infrastructure solutions for mission-critical projects.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced technical leader who enjoys combining hands-on expertise, team leadership, and cutting-edge networking and cybersecurity technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Network & Cyber Security Engineers.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures.
• Lead technical projects from architecture through implementation.
• Drive integration of advanced networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support for complex Tier-4 escalations.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Participate in technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Networking and Cyber Security.
• Previous experience leading technical teams or managing engineering projects.
• Strong expertise with Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching, ACI, IP Networking).
• Extensive experience with security technologies such as Firewalls, NAC, IPS, WAF, SIEM, SOAR, and Endpoint Security.
• Proven experience designing and integrating complex enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
