Are you an experienced sourcing professional looking to shape global supply chain strategy within a highly innovative and regulated manufacturing environment?

We're partnering with a global healthcare technology organisation seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across direct materials, manufacturing services, engineering services, and critical supply chain categories.

This is a highly visible position where you'll partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal teams to drive supplier performance, cost optimisation, innovation, and risk mitigation across a global supplier network.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) activities across strategic direct spend categories
• Develop and execute global category strategies aligned to business objectives and supply chain priorities
• Manage RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supply continuity, operational efficiency, and value creation
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and governance programmes
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering teams to identify supplier innovation opportunities and support new product initiatives
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
• Drive supplier risk management and sustainability initiatives
• Act as a key liaison between local business stakeholders and global sourcing teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain
• Experience sourcing within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Advanced Manufacturing
• Strong background in supplier management, commercial negotiations, and contract management
• Experience with manufacturing services, EMS, components, engineering services, or technical procurement categories
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SAP and modern procurement tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fluent English and Hebrew
