He has been focused on new product development work and expanding into international markets for most of his 40-year career.

Over the past 13 years, he has been developing cooking solutions for the foodservice market, resulting in successful and unique cooking “action stations” in numerous stadiums, arenas, concert venues and airports. Over the past decade, it seems as if everyone has become a “foodie” and interested in posting recipes and interesting meal creations.

Scott has leveraged this heightened interest in the culinary arts by helping chefs and cooks make meal preparation more theatrical with the ventless cooking products.

He has become a leading industry authority on commercial ventless cooking solutions, open kitchen layouts and the “electrification” of the commercial kitchens.

Sharing insights and case studies over the past decade has helped quantify and illustrate how high quality, commercial cooking action stations can dramatically increase a restaurant’s per capita food sales.
