A leading financial group is looking for an experienced Marketing & Strategy Manager to lead the company's marketing strategy and digital marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.
Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
Manage creative processes, advertising agencies and external vendors.
Lead and manage the marketing team.
Conduct market research and consumer analysis.
Analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns and present insights to management.
Drive business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in a similar marketing management role.
Proven experience in marketing strategy and digital campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Ads Manager.
Experience managing teams, agencies and external vendors.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with marketing data and performance reports.
Experience in the financial industry – a significant advantage.
Immediate availability – an advantage.
