About The Role

MAX Security is looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive and execute our global marketing efforts.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution, partnering closely with Sales and Leadership to generate pipeline, strengthen our brand, and support business growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the company's marketing plan and priorities.
• Drive demand generation across digital and outbound channels.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth.
• Own content strategy, messaging, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Lead SEO and GEO initiatives to improve visibility and inbound growth.
• Plan webinars, events, and other lead generation activities.
• Partner closely with Sales on campaigns, enablement, and lead quality.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize based on data.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
  
  

• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience driving lead generation and supporting revenue growth.
• Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, content, and campaign management.
• Experience working closely with Sales.
• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Strong storytelling and written communication skills.
• Experience with SEO and GEO.
• Native-level English (written and spoken).
• Experience in cybersecurity, security, intelligence, SaaS, or other complex B2B industries is an advantage.
