Job Description:

• Manage an Infrastructure team consisting of several sub-teams: System Administration, Network, Cybersecurity Implementation, and Cloud teams.
• Serve as a key role within the Cybersecurity Division, with close working interfaces with the CISO Division and various other organizational departments.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic/professional education.
• At least 6 years of professional experience, including experience managing technology teams.
• Proven knowledge and experience in establishing, managing, and operating VMware-based virtual infrastructures.
• Experience building Windows environments from scratch, including domain creation and mail servers.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux systems.
• Experience designing and implementing new network architectures for projects and operational requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in networking, including understanding network diagrams and topologies, configuring switches and firewalls, and broad knowledge of communication protocols and ports.
• Knowledge and experience managing and connecting remote sites using IPsec/IPVPN.
• Knowledge and experience in storage and backup environments, including SAN and NAS.
• Experience designing and managing backup plans for the organization's infrastructure.
• Experience upgrading and managing the lifecycle of storage systems, with an emphasis on NetApp systems.
• Knowledge and experience in cloud environments, including developing migration plans from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Experience working with and maintaining hybrid environments.
• Experience designing cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Experience managing technological projects and tasks, including managing technology teams across networking, systems, cybersecurity, storage and backup, and cloud.
• Ability to allocate tasks, develop work plans, monitor activities, and provide technical guidance throughout projects and ongoing activities.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend infrastructure upgrades and new technologies for the organization.
• Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity protection systems, including EDR, IPS, Sandboxing (SB), Proxy, Antivirus (AV), data sanitization/air-gapping systems, Mail Relay systems, and IDP systems.
• Experience deploying and implementing security agents and managing and closing security gaps.
• Extensive knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO), infrastructure risk management, and risk mitigation.
