המערכת משלבת וידאו בזמן אמת, WebSockets, תמלול, AI בזמן פגישה, Playbooks, חתימות דיגיטליות, ניהול משתמשים, דאשבורדים, אינטגרציות, אבטחת מידע ותשתיות ענן — בסביבת Production מורכבת, חיה ומאובטחת.

אנחנו מחפשים CTO Hands-on יוצא/ת דופן, עם יכולת להוביל טכנולוגית ומסחרית מוצר קיים וצומח, לנהל צוות קטן ואיכותי של כ־3–4 מהנדסים וקבלני פיתוח, רובם בחו״ל, ולהחזיק אחריות מלאה על פיתוח, יציבות, ניטור, תקלות, תשתיות, עלויות והמשך התקדמות המוצר.

זה תפקיד למי שיודע גם להוביל אנשים, גם לפתוח קוד, גם לתחקר Production, גם לנהל ספקים וקבלני חו״ל, וגם לשבת מול לקוחות, שותפים וחברות טכנולוגיה ולהבין את המשמעות העסקית של כל החלטה הנדסית.

• הובלה טכנולוגית מלאה של המוצר, הארכיטקטורה, התשתיות ותהליכי הפיתוח.
• ניהול צוות קטן של מהנדסים וקבלני פיתוח בארץ ובחו״ל, כולל חלוקת משימות, בקרה, Code Review, Delivery ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
• כניסה מהירה למערכת קיימת ומורכבת, הבנת הארכיטקטורה, התלויות, נקודות הכשל, שכבות הקוד והסיכונים.
• אחריות מלאה על סביבת Production: ניטור, לוגים, Debugging, תחקור תקלות, זמינות, ביצועים, אבטחת מידע ו־Incident Response.
• הובלת פיתוח Hands-on לפי צורך, בעיקר ב־Backend, APIs, Real-Time, אינטגרציות, תשתיות ו־Cloud.
• ניהול והרחבת יכולות Real-Time Video, WebSocket messaging, תמלול, AI בזמן אמת, Playbooks, דוחות, חתימות ואינטגרציות.
• עבודה עם תשתיות AWS, שירותים מבוזרים, אבטחת מידע, הרשאות, אחסון, Secrets, Monitoring ועלויות ענן.
• ניהול ספקים, קבלני משנה, צוותי Offshore וחברות טכנולוגיה, כולל משא ומתן, תמחור, עלויות, תכולות והחלטות Build vs Buy.
• עבודה צמודה עם הנהלת החברה, לקוחות Enterprise/Gov, שותפים טכנולוגיים וגורמים ממשלתיים.
• בניית תהליכי עבודה מסודרים: Roadmap, Backlog, QA, Release Management, תיעוד, Monitoring, SLA ו־Support.

• לפחות 8 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה, מתוכן ניסיון משמעותי כ־CTO / VP R&D / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead בכיר.
• ניסיון Hands-on עמוק ב־Backend מורכב, עדיפות גבוהה ל־Node.js / NestJS, שירותים מבוזרים, APIs ו־Microservices.
• ניסיון משמעותי במערכות Real-Time, WebSockets, Streaming, WebRTC / LiveKit / Twilio / Agora או מערכות תקשורת בזמן אמת.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול מערכת Production חיה: ניטור, תחקור תקלות, לוגים, ביצועים, זמינות, Deployments ו־Incident Response.
• ניסיון בניהול צוות קטן ורזה, כולל מהנדסים וקבלני משנה בחו״ל, עם אחריות ישירה ל־Delivery ואיכות.
• ניסיון משמעותי בסביבת AWS: Fargate/ECS/EKS, S3, Cognito, Secrets, CloudWatch, networking, security, IAM, costs.
• שליטה טובה ב־Frontend מודרני, בדגש על React / Next.js / JavaScript, ויכולת להבין את המוצר מקצה לקצה.
• הבנה מעשית בעולמות AI / LLM / GenAI, כולל אינטגרציה לשירותי AI, Prompting, תמלול, סיכום, דירוגים, ניהול עלויות ואופטימיזציה.
• יכולת לקרוא ולהבין קוד קיים במהירות, גם במערכת מורכבת עם שכבות, תלויות, שירותים ואינטגרציות רבות.
• אנגלית גבוהה מאוד לעבודה יומיומית מול צוותי פיתוח, ספקים וקבלנים בחו״ל.

• ניסיון עם LiveKit, WebRTC, socket.io, real-time messaging או מערכות וידאו חיות.
• ניסיון עם MongoDB, Redis / Valkey, S3, Cognito, WAF, PrivateLink, CloudWatch, Prometheus / Grafana.
• ניסיון עם AWS Transcribe, Bedrock, Claude / OpenAI / Whisper או שירותי AI בענן.
• ניסיון במערכות SaaS B2B, Enterprise, GovTech או מערכות מאובטחות ללקוחות ממשלתיים.
• ניסיון באבטחת מידע, SOC2, הצפנה, KMS, IAM, data residency, הפרדת סביבות ו־tenant isolation.
• ניסיון בניהול אינטגרציות עם ספקי צד ג׳: חתימות דיגיטליות, SMS, WhatsApp, אימייל, סריקות קבצים, מערכות CRM ו־APIs חיצוניים.
• ניסיון בהובלת מוצר משלב פיילוט/צמיחה למערכת יציבה, מתועדת, מנוטרת וסקיילבילית.

• יכולת לנהל צוות קטן ומרוחק בצורה חדה, פרקטית ותוצאתית.
• יכולת להחזיק גם פיתוח שוטף, גם Support, גם Roadmap וגם טיפול בתקלות — בלי לאבד שליטה.
• הבנה עסקית אמיתית: תיעדוף לפי ערך, עלות, סיכון, לקוח, זמן ומשאבים.
• יכולת לנהל משא ומתן עם ספקים, קבלנים וחברות טכנולוגיה, כולל תמחור, תכולות, SLA, זמינות ועלויות.
• יכולת לקבל החלטות Build vs Buy ולהבין את המשמעות המסחרית של בחירות טכנולוגיות.
• יכולת לדבר עם לקוחות, הנהלה, משקיעים וגורמים ממשלתיים בשפה ברורה, אחראית ולא רק טכנית.
• אחריות גבוהה, Ownership, זמינות, סדר, שקט ניהולי ויכולת לפעול בסביבה דינמית ולחוצה.

ByondPitch is an Israeli technology company developing an advanced AI platform for intelligent real-time video meetings across sales, service, and government use cases.

The platform combines real-time video, WebSockets, live transcription, in-meeting AI, Playbooks, digital signatures, user management, dashboards, integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure — all within a live, secure, production-grade environment.

We are looking for an exceptional hands-on CTO who can lead both the technology and the execution of an existing, growing product. The role includes managing a small, high-quality team of approximately 3–4 engineers and external developers, mostly offshore, while taking full ownership of development, production stability, monitoring, troubleshooting, infrastructure, costs, and the continued evolution of the product.

This is not a “management-only” role. We are looking for someone who can lead people, review and write code, investigate production issues, manage offshore developers and vendors, sit with customers and partners, and understand the business impact of every technical decision.

• Lead the product’s technology, architecture, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Manage a lean engineering team and offshore contractors, including task prioritization, delivery, code review, quality control, and timelines.
• Quickly understand an existing complex system, including its architecture, dependencies, risks, code layers, and failure points.
• Own the production environment: monitoring, logs, debugging, incident response, performance, availability, deployments, and security.
• Stay hands-on where needed, especially across backend, APIs, real-time systems, integrations, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Lead and expand real-time video, WebSocket messaging, transcription, in-meeting AI, Playbooks, dashboards, digital signatures, and integrations.
• Manage AWS-based infrastructure, distributed services, permissions, storage, secrets, monitoring, security, and cloud costs.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, offshore teams, and technology providers, including scope, pricing, negotiations, SLAs, availability, and delivery.
• Work closely with company leadership, enterprise and government customers, technology partners, and external stakeholders.
• Build structured engineering processes: roadmap, backlog, QA, release management, documentation, monitoring, SLA, and support.

• 8+ years of software development experience, including significant experience as a CTO, VP R&D, Head of Engineering, or senior Tech Lead.
• Deep hands-on backend experience, preferably with Node.js / NestJS, distributed services, APIs, and microservices.
• Significant experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming, WebRTC / LiveKit / Twilio / Agora, or similar communication platforms.
• Proven experience managing live production systems: monitoring, logs, debugging, performance, availability, deployments, and incident response.
• Experience managing small, lean engineering teams, including offshore engineers and external contractors.
• Strong AWS experience, including Fargate / ECS / EKS, S3, Cognito, Secrets, CloudWatch, networking, security, IAM, and cost management.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend systems, preferably React / Next.js / JavaScript, with the ability to understand the product end-to-end.
• Practical experience with AI / LLM / GenAI integrations, including prompting, transcription, summarization, scoring, cost optimization, and cloud-based AI services.
• Ability to read, understand, and improve existing code quickly, including systems with multiple services, dependencies, integrations, and historical layers.
• Excellent English for daily work with offshore teams, vendors, and technology partners.

• Experience with LiveKit, WebRTC, socket.io, real-time messaging, or live video systems.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis / Valkey, S3, Cognito, WAF, PrivateLink, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with AWS Transcribe, Bedrock, Claude, OpenAI, Whisper, or other cloud AI services.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, GovTech, or secure systems for government customers.
• Experience with security, SOC2, encryption, KMS, IAM, data residency, environment separation, and tenant isolation.
• Experience managing third-party integrations such as digital signatures, SMS, WhatsApp, email, file scanning, CRM systems, and external APIs.
• Experience taking a product from pilot / early growth stage into a stable, documented, monitored, scalable production platform.

• Ability to manage a small remote team in a sharp, practical, outcome-driven way.
• Ability to own development, support, roadmap, production issues, and technical delivery without losing control.
• Strong business judgment: prioritization by value, cost, risk, customer impact, time, and resources.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors, and technology companies, including pricing, scope, SLAs, availability, and cost structure.
• Ability to make Build vs. Buy decisions and understand the commercial meaning of technical choices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, management, investors, and government stakeholders — not only with engineers.
• High ownership, responsibility, availability, structure, calm execution, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and demanding environment.
