Product Manager

Who we're looking for

Someone who knows that world from the inside. If you've instructed on a simulator, flown drones operationally, or trained crews on complex systems - this role is your move from operating the product to shaping it. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, drives processes end to end, and turns hands-on operational understanding into a better product.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition: translate customer and operational needs into clear, prioritized requirements for R&D

• Work directly with customers: requirements, demos, trials, acceptance, and the ongoing relationship

• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, production, and support

• Build and deliver training programs and materials for operators

• Lead on-site system implementation and onboarding

• Participate hands-on in integration, flight testing, and field trials

Requirements

• Hands-on operational background in aviation or unmanned systems - simulator instructor, UAV/drone operator, flight instructor, aircrew, or similar

• Experience instructing, training, or implementing systems with end users

• Strong technical orientation and genuine curiosity about how systems work

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the drive to own a process end to end

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, time-critical environment

• Hebrew and English at a professional level; full-time, on-site in Kadima

Advantages

• Academic degree in a technical, engineering, or aviation-related field

• Remote pilot license (CAAI) or equivalent operational certification

• Experience with simulators, mission planning software, or ground control stations

• Experience with defense customers
