Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join a highly impactful project, helping scale and optimize a cloud-native SaaS platform in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments using Azure AKS.
• Support production and non-production SaaS environments and improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions and automate cloud resource provisioning.
• Improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
• Develop reusable tooling, scripts, and automations to reduce manual operational effort.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational best practices.
• Support troubleshooting across distributed systems and production environments.
• Implement security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, network policies, and access controls.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate DevOps workflows and improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes / AKS and Docker.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions and Argo CD / GitOps.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably Python.
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, Load Balancers, and Ingress Controllers.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Elastic, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, and secrets management.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools, LLMs, or AI-assisted engineering – Advantage.
• Experience with SaaS environments, Azure Key Vault, Cloudflare, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, or Kubernetes Network Policies – Advantage.
