We are recruiting a Data Engineer for an innovative AI department at a leading financial organization located in central Israel. The position is based at the company's offices near a train line and includes one work-from-home day per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with Big Data infrastructures and BI environments
- Planning, developing, and integrating advanced Data solutions
- Building and configuring Data Pipelines and developing complex ETL processes
- Working with large databases and writing specification and architecture documents
- Collaborating with AI and Data teams in an advanced technological environment
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer / BI Developer
- Experience developing in BI environments, HDFS, AZDB, and working with large databases
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL, including optimization of Spark processes
- Experience building complex ETL processes and establishing Data Pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems
