IT Project Manager & Systems Analyst | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel

About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join a key team responsible for complex medical record systems.

This hybrid role combines end to end technology project management with hands on systems analysis, including requirements gathering, solution design, integrations, and close collaboration with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Clinical, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross organizational technology projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, production, and implementation

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, scope, priorities, and risks

• Coordinate and drive multiple technology, business, and clinical stakeholders

• Manage project status and present progress to senior stakeholders

• Analyze and design complex medical information systems and modules

• Write functional and technical specification documents

• Design APIs, interfaces, and integrations between internal and external systems

• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams

• Investigate complex system issues and drive solutions through resolution

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, required

• Proven experience leading at least one end to end technology project, required

• 3 to 4+ years of experience in complex systems analysis, required

• Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications, required

• Experience designing APIs and ESB based integrations, required

• Hands on experience with SQL, required

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems specialization

• Strong ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders without direct managerial authority

• Excellent system level thinking and multitasking capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a large enterprise environment with complex integrated systems

• Experience with Kafka or ESB technologies
