Software Engineer

An innovative MedTech startup developing a groundbreaking, multidisciplinary medical device system for intra-cardiac blood pressure monitoring.

The platform integrates a novel wireless implantable sensor, an external ultrasound unit, and high-performance software for real-time signal processing.

Operating as part of a highly stable and well-established global medical device corporate group, the company benefits from strong financial backing and long-term stability. The enterprise maintains an elite R&D center of approximately 30 engineers in Israel.

Located in Tel Aviv, operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Senior Software Engineer, taking End-to-End ownership over the design, implementation, and delivery of core software components.
• Authoring production-grade software in C# / .NET Core alongside C++ for high-performance data processing and hardware integration.
• Developing high-throughput backend services, Web APIs, and intuitive user interfaces (React / TypeScript / JavaScript).
• Performing full software integration with complex signal processing algorithms, embedded hardware components, and ultrasound system interfaces.
• Driving system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization across both Windows and Linux environments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related exact science discipline – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• Proven experience in object-oriented development using C# and .NET Core – Mandatory
• Practical hands-on experience coding in C++ – Mandatory
• Experience in Web development, including modern frontend frameworks (React / TypeScript / JavaScript) and Web APIs – Mandatory
• Practical experience working and debugging across Windows and Linux operating systems – Mandatory
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Defense, Telecom) or multidisciplinary systems – Advantage
