Hardware Systems Manager

A company developing, manufacturing, and marketing comprehensive solutions for electrical reliability, energy efficiency, and advanced analytics.

The role involves managing and leading hardware and embedded teams, with direct responsibility for 10 engineers, with plans for team expansion.

The company is located in northern Israel, near a train line.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10 years of experience developing embedded electronic systems combining hardware and firmware.
• 5 years managing multidisciplinary R&D teams (hardware + software).
• Proven track record in analog and mixed-signal design, microcontroller or DSP-based embedded systems, and hardware-firmware integration.
• Hands-on experience with power quality instrumentation, industrial electronics, or measurement systems strong advantage.
• Background in verification, validation, and embedded software testing.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM), new product introduction (NPI), and production transfer.
