Software Engineering Team Lead

The engineering division builds the core cross-organizational platforms, data pipelines, and internal enterprise architectures that power the entire group’s daily operations, asset management, and content delivery.

Position Overview

• Full Stack Engineering Team Lead taking direct delivery, technical, and personnel ownership over an organic development squad of 3–4 engineers.
• Maintaining a high-impact 70% Hands-On presence, spearheading end-to-end (E2E) feature design, complex architecture definitions, and writing production-grade code.
• Guiding the technical evolution of vital internal enterprise ecosystems using a modern Microsoft and Web stack.
• Championing robust dev practices, optimizing continuous deployment workflows, and providing high-level technical mentorship to team members.
• Core Stack & Infrastructure - .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, Angular, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Cloud Environments, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven professional experience in direct engineering management / tech team leadership – Mandatory
• 4 years of hands-on software development experience building scalable full-stack or backend web applications using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Angular – Mandatory
• Robust, practical database design and optimization pedigree utilizing MS SQL Server – Mandatory
• Hands-on technical experience constructing, configuring, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines – Mandatory
• Proven experience designing and running applications over modern Cloud environments – Mandatory
• Practical containerization and orchestration experience deploying workloads with Docker or Kubernetes – Significant Advantage
