Technical Support Specialist- Tier 2

We’re looking for a curious and analytical problem-solver who enjoys digging into complex issues, understanding what really happened, identifying the root cause, and helping prevent similar problems from recurring.

What you’ll do:

* Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

* Analyze system behavior and identify root causes.

* Work with SQL and other technical tools to support troubleshooting.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product, and Implementation.

* Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

* A bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong SQL knowledge.

* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* A collaborative approach and a growth mindset.
